​This garden had some remnants of structure from a previous owner but had been neglected over time and was in need of a complete overhaul. The brief was to look at what could be salvaged and develop a design that would divide the open space into different areas. By creating these divides the garden has a greater sense of purpose and space. The house is now well set within the surrounding garden and the living space flows out easily into the garden. It is a garden for children to play in and explore, as well as for the family to entertain in (both formally and informally). This is an ongoing project and will continue to develop over time.
